CZ-100 CCR catalyst
| Product characteristics | Cz-100 catalyst is a new generation of catalyst with high activity and high hydrothermal stability for continuous reforming developed by our company. Since 2012, it has been exported to many large production plants in the Middle East and southeast Asia, and the usage is good. It has the following features: Catalyst selectivity, C5+ liquid product yield, aromatics yield and hydrogen yield increase. The rate of catalyst carbon reduction, in the same reaction harsh conditions, catalyst carbon reduction rate of more than 20%. Maintain catalyst good hydrothermal stability, chlorine holding capacity and excellent mechanical properties. Platinum content of the catalyst is the lowest, greatly reduce the cost of the catalyst. |

| Storage & Notes | ○ Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and strictly prohibit contact with other chemicals and hydrocarbons. ○ Do not drop or roll the iron bucket during transportation ○ The product can be shipped in oxidized or reduced state ○ Start-up and regeneration should strictly follow the instructions for use of CZ-100 catalyst, and should be carried out under the guidance of professionals. |
